All content on Scivra, including experiments, simulations, UI design, and documentation, is our property or licensed to us. You may not:
User-generated content (like UPG creations) remains your property, but you grant us a license to display and share it on our platform.
Scivra is an educational tool provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or results. Our experiments are designed for educational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scivra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
